I love these Uggs! This is my first pair and now I own 3 different ones. I still like the Classic the best! I wear them all around my college campus and with negative temperatures recently in Ohio, they have really been great!! The only problem I had was the first pair i ordered were a 9. I usually wear a 10 and have a wide foot. The size 9 were still way too big. So for me, I had to go down to an 8 for the snug feeling that are recommended

I had wanted Ugg boots for a while, but was hesitant to buy them due to their pretty steep price (I'm a poor college student). I bought some imitation ones for a fraction of the price and was highly disappointed in them, they soaked up water even if I just quickly ran through the rain to my car and the fake fleece inside was quickly lumpy and uncomfortable, so I decided to splurge on the real thing.

I love the huge brand name collection and the availability of products. it is now the only website that I use to purchase online, and the free next week delivery incentive is a wonderful idea. However, I believe it would be a perfect PERMANENT way to say "Thank you" to all your customers!
