"Love these boots! This is my second pair of Uggs and you don't get any better for comfort and warmth than these boots. Uggs generally run about a half size large, so if you are in between sizes, I suggest ordering a half size down (i.e., if you wear a 9 1/2, order a 9). I think the reason for this is that the boot is cut very full in the width so it gives you a little extra room

I love my uggs to death. I live in Florida and I wear them to school sometimes and everyone always tells me.. seriously, uggs? We live in Florida! But it does get in the 20's here sometimes. And when it does, my uggs become my best friend. Almost all of my friends think they're ugly but then I say okay try them on..and from then on they're completely sold that they want a pair too!

"The classic cut boots and the tasmin clogs do not run the same at all. The boots run very big and you usually have to go a half, sometimes hole size down. If they are snug on you at first, they will stretch a little in the width. They only come in whole sizes though and you don't want them to be too big.

I loved your email. Truthful and to the point. I have recommended you to lots of people. I also used an online coupon and bought shoes from another online retailer awhile back and was quite disappointed with the experience (It took too long, the shoe is ok but I really didn't want to spend the time with the return policy).
