Once your items have been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email sent by our system as well as a tracking number for your order. Then you can track the parcel on the related web.
However,if by any chance you haven't received the tracking Number after 3 days of placing your order, please send an email to our customer service help desk for the tracking information.
Exchanges/Returns
Non-physical products (such as downloadable applications content and gift certificates) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- If you need to make an exchange for a different product or if you have questions,contact us and submit a request to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please provide your name and order ID when contacting our customer service.
- If your return request is approved, you'll be instructed as to how to return the items to our warehouse.
- Once we receive your return package, we'll keep you informed of the status of the replacement order.
Return Processing Time and Notification
